Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.
2.4 KYC Verification. bay896 is required to verify the identity of all players in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys ID, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to complete verification within the required timeframe may result in account suspension.
2.5 One Account Per Player. Each individual may hold only one (1) bay896 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names — is strictly prohibited. bay896 uses technical and manual controls to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts will be suspended and balances may be forfeited.
3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bay896 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. bay896 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
3.2 Unauthorized Access. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify bay896 immediately via our 24/7 support channels. bay896 will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon receiving such notification.
3.3 Account Activity. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your bay896 account, whether or not you authorized that activity. bay896 is entitled to treat all instructions received through your account as having been authorized by you.
3.4 Inactive Accounts. Accounts that have been inactive (no login or wagering activity) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. bay896 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its published fee schedule. Players will be notified before any fee is applied.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. bay896 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as published on the platform. Accepted methods may change from time to time without prior notice.
4.2 Minimum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are published on the Cashier page of the bay896 platform and may be updated periodically. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

4.4 Verification Before Withdrawal. bay896 reserves the right to require full KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed to payment methods not registered in the player's name.
4.5 Source of Funds. By depositing funds into your bay896 account, you confirm that the funds are from a legitimate source and that you are the authorized owner of the payment method used. bay896 reserves the right to request evidence of source of funds in compliance with AML obligations.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by bay896 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions. bay896 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of modification will be subject to the terms in effect at the time of opt-in, unless the modification is required by law or regulation.
6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on bay896 is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules. 9.3 bay896 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
10.1 By bay896. bay896 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if it determines that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.
10.2 By You. You may close your bay896 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.
10.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination, your right to access and use the bay896 platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
